Maxfli Golf is a producer of golf balls. It is under the ownership of Taylormade-adidas Golf Company in Carlsbad, California. TaylorMade Adidas Golf is an entirely owned subsidiary of Adidas Group AG based in Herzogenaurach, Germany. Maxfli golf clubs are also available; however, they are not mainstream products, since club manufacturing is done by TaylorMade. Everyone thought TaylorMade was rather smart, several years ago when they took over Maxfli. TaylorMade itself has made a great effort to break into the golf ball market with its own TMaG brand, but it did not make much from it.
MaxFli Golf was an established brand before TaylorMade bought it, and had a great name for Golf balls in the market. With its new Maxfli brand, TaylorMade thought out to catch on Titleist's Pro V1, which was unstoppable. Many golf equipment enthusiasts thought that the Maxfli BlackMax, when it was launched, was a laudable challenger to the Pro V1. But sales never matched the hype that was created. Now TaylorMade has decided to reestablish the position of the MaxFli Golf in the market as a Golf ball for golfers who seek distance.
The most famous of the MaxFli Golf’s creations were the MaxFli Noodle Golf balls. They were a great hit. Many versions of the noodle ball were introduced in the market by MaxFli Golf, like The Noodle Long & Soft, Noodle Longest and Noodle ICE. There are some old MaxFli Golf Balls which are now considered to be retired. They consist of MaxFli Noodle Rotini, MaxFli Noodle al Dente, MaxFli Noodle Softest, MaxFli Red Max, MaxFli Black Max and MaxFli Max Distance. MaxFli Golf has also manufactured equpment for ladies, like MaxFli Noodle Lady.
